Since its launch in October last year, Burger & Bubbles has quickly become one of the South East’s favourite dining destinations. The current menu takes guests on a culinary world tour with innovative burger dishes inspired by international cuisines from the likes of Hawaii, Japan, America, Britain and the Middle East. Pioneering head chef Craig Worth, continues to push the boundaries in devising his next adventurous dish and his latest creation is set to be another mouth-watering treat.
The Cola-Cino grabs its name from the Cola infused BBQ Sauce and the coffee infused beef pattie. Craig has also blended house Prosecco into his famous Applewood smoked cheddar cheese sauce for added flavour. This bubblelicious, velvety sauce is layered over a combination of beef pattie, streaky bacon, oak leaf lettuce and crispy red onion. The Prosecco based BBQ sauce is then delicately drizzled over the top to give this delectable dish a zestful finish.
Craig’s Cola infused BBQ Sauce has been such a revelation that it has also been incorporated into the new Pulled Pork Burger. Tender, succulent meat glistening with the spicy, smoky flavour of the sauce, all piled high in between a soft brioche bun and topped off with crispy red onion. All table manners go out the window when ordering this burger and be prepared for lack of conversation – this beautiful mess of a burger commands respect so put the knife and fork down and start devouring.
For those who may be working hard at sticking to New Year’s resolutions then the all new Lighter Lunches menu might well be a guilt-free option. This light, bright and fresh new menu features a Soy Chicken Salad which consists of flame-grilled Asian chicken skewers, and served with a spring onion salad and soy sauce dressing. There is also a Signature Caesar Salad and for a protein fix then buttermilk chicken, Cajun chicken, or flame-grilled chicken can be added.
